New 4 wk diet & training
So I officially start my new 4 wk diet & training sched tomorrow and I am really excited. I finally have split bodyparts and he has me on heavier weights but with decreased weight and high reps right afterwards. I wasn't feeling the burn as much before, I think it's REALLY GOING TO BURN NOW :) ... I am still not on double cardios yet but may add a few here and there. I am on 20 minute cardios (increases with each week) after my wo's right now for four days and then 1 day of HIIT. I get some oatmeal back as well as a meal with brown rice, yum yum. The rest, the regular protein sources & veggies :) . I am really excited for these next four weeks and am thinking I am going to see some BIG CHANGES at the end of them....and you know what I AM. I BELIEVE IT AND IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN, NOW TO DO THE WORK TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. :)
